Dora's Striped Background Tutorial
You will need: Both are Freeware 1. Open a new image 300x300 with a white background. 2. Open the Ulead Effects/ Art Texture Filter. 3. Click on edit and choose the #5 button on the right and then click okay. 4. For the pattern template on the bottom, click on #8. You will have to scroll down to see this template. After clicking the #8, up above, click on pattern sample #3. Then click okay. 5. Now you want to click on the other filter, Video Rave/ Streamers and slide the top lever towards the right until you get the effect that you want. I slid the bar all the way to the right because it is just a gold design. 6. Now you want to flood fill a new image 1024x300 with this pattern and save as a jpeg for your background. That is all I did to make this pattern here. There are so many possibilities with these filters and I found it by trial and error.
